In one of the most competitive matches of the event, Canfield pushed her opponents all the way to a deciding third end before narrowly missing out. Recovering from a 19-13 deficit on her serve, the match went into extended play, with Wales ultimately edging the final end 23-21 after a high-quality battle that showcased Canfield's determination and resilience.
