NEW COACHES ANNOUNCED!

Congratulations to all the new coaches!

Thanks to the fantastic efforts of Cornwall's Badminton Development Officer, Kath Wotton, the coaching course at the Level 1 stage has been held twice this season, once in November, and again in January, with a superb attendance at both sessions. There are now a staggering 34 new coaches!

Grant aids youngsters:

A grant from the Cornwall Community Foundation to CYB for £650 was successful in securing funds to subsidise all the CYB & Cornwall U17 candidates. Thanks to Andy Lyle, who is a professional fundraiser, for his support with this application.

Level 2 planned:

Hopefully there will be equal numbers looking to further their coaching skills when the new Level 2 course is held.
This course is currently under review by Badminton England to bring it in line with the UKCC guidelines, and details will be announced on this website when the dates become available.
