THE ONE MINUTE RALLY CHALLENGE - How many shots can you hit?

Gail Emms & Donna Kellogg have created a target of tapping the shuttle across the net 153 times in one minute. DO YOU THINK YOU CAN BEAT IT ?

THE RULES:

All you need is ……..
  • 1 COURT, 2 PLAYERS, 2 RACKETS & SHUTTLES !!
  • PLAYERS FEET MUST REMAIN BEHIND THE SERVICE LINE.
  • IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE JUST USE ANOTHER SHUTTLE & CARRY ON (no need to start from 0 again)

    • (Two pairs using the half court will be fine, giving more players a chance to beat the target)
THE COST:

50p per person to go to the NSPCC.

Below is a list of events taking place throughout Cornwall during National Badminton Week. Why not pop along to one of the venue’s / clubs who are setting up the challenge.

The one minute challenge is a brilliant opportunity for players to get involved in Badminton and sample the game. It should be played within the spirit of badminton, to have fun whilst contributing to a worthy charity!!
